I have always been a stubborn kid. Whenever my parents would tell me to sit still, I would be running around the house. They will tell me to go home before it gets dark and I will play hide and seek outside with my friends. I had my fair share of scolding from them. Not only that, they also used different tactics to scare me and a memorable one is a ghost or an entity abducting me. Boy, were they effective! But wait, why am I sharing you this? Well, Warner Bros. Pictures’ The Curse of La Llorona brought back those memories and fears! Bingers, here’s my take on the latest addition to the ever-expanding Conjuring universe.

Okay, Bingers. Confession time: I HATED THE TRANSFORMERS MOVIE. I mean, sure I watched every single one of them but my hatred for them grew with each one. The first one was fun but things got worse with every entry in the franchise. It was as if Michael Bay did no longer care for the plot and focused only on fights and explosions. With that said, I was a little hesitant about the Bumblebee Movie. When United International Pictures invited me to the special advanced screening at the IMAX Theatre in SM Megamall last January 6, Sunday, I half-wittingly attended. But boy, did the movie take me by surprise! I am going to say it now: Bumblebee Movie is easily the best Transformers movie and here are the reasons:

And there’s no other better way to start my 2019 than with Walt Disney Pictures’ Mary Poppins Returns. Most of us grew up watching Julie Andrews at the 1964 movie, Mary Poppins. It has been more than a decade since I last saw the movie so reliving the magic and music of the sequel brought back some of my happiest memories. With that, let me share with you, Bingers, my review of Mary Poppins Returns.
