A large chunk of my childhood at home was spent watching Disney classics such as The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and Snow White. The latter is one of my favorites because of the magic in its story and the tale of good triumphing over evil. Its multidimensional characters also hooked me to the story. With that said, it is no surprise that I am more than stoked when I received an invite from Ballet Manila to attend the world premiere of Lisa Macuja-Elizalde’s Snow White.

There is a new hang-out spot in the South! As a Laguna kid, my family and friends’ go-to place is Nuvali, Paseo de Sta.Rosa, or Tagaytay. Well, no surprise there because it has everything we need- cafes, restaurants, and open spaces. But I also know that it is best to avoid those areas this holiday season because the traffic is horrible. Good for us, Chatsi Coffee House & Beanery is very accessible. Recently, my favorite gelato shop opened their first flagship store in the northern side of the metro. Mio Gelati is now up and running in Ayala Vertis North. On November 10, I attended the grand launch along with other food and lifestyle bloggers. We were treated to their best-sellers and even introduced us to their new line of treats!
